The Neurovascular Laboratory assesses intracranial (inside the skull) blood vessels. The laboratory offers the transcranial ultrasound, which evaluates numerous neurological vascular (fluid-carrying vessels) problems, such as vasospasm (sudden constriction of a blood vessel) and intracranial stenosis (severe narrowing of a cerebral artery).
